我矿系含有铜、硫、钴、镍等多金属元素的矽卡岩型磁铁矿床。目前选矿车间处理的原矿是井下主矿体上部-50米的高硫磁铁矿石。自一九七一年投产以来,产量、质量距设计指标还有较大距离,特别是浮选段的硫回收率年历史最好水平仅有64.72%,远远达不到91.55%的设计指标。因此挖掘现有生产工艺的潜力,提高选矿回收率,对我矿来说具有十分重要的意义。一九七九年底我们进行了改变捕收剂加药点的工业生产试验。试验历时三个月,八○年元月份在原矿含硫品位3.34%的情况
Mine is a skarn-type magnetite deposit containing copper, sulfur, cobalt, nickel and other polymetallic elements. At present, the ore dressing shop is dealing with the ore-bearing high-sulfur magnetite ore -50 meters above the main orebody. Since its commissioning in 1971, the output and quality of the flotation section have still a long way to go from the design indexes. In particular, the annual best sulfur recovery rate of flotation section is only 64.72%, far less than the design index of 91.55% . Therefore, excavating the potential of the existing production process and increasing the recovery rate of mineral processing are of great significance to mine.
