目的:调查临床护理人员医疗仪器知识学习的途径与内容。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对145名护理人员进行医疗仪器知识方面的调查,结合国内外现状,进行分析。结果:主要的学习困难为:产品使用说明书太复杂;从其培训、使用到报告故障没有规范流程;生产厂家无有效的反馈机制。护士学到的医疗仪器知识内容超过80%是学会操作、了解仪器的目的和功能、处理简单故障。学习常用医疗仪器知识的方法主要是同事指导、看说明书、自己摸索,使用最少的方法是医院工程师进行指导。对不常使用的医疗仪器维持使用熟练的方法是自己定期动手模拟、院内定期培训、同事操作时现场观看。阅读操作指南使用最少。结论:应该在注重实用的同时,兼顾系统性和规范性,多方面共同努力做好教育和培训,以利于仪器的正确使用、质量评估和风险控制。
Objective: To investigate the ways and contents of clinical nursing staffs knowledge of medical equipment. Methods: 145 nursing staffs were surveyed by means of questionnaire designed by themselves, and analyzed according to the current situation at home and abroad. Results: The main learning difficulties were: the product instruction manual was too complicated; there was no regulatory process from its training and use to reporting problems; and the manufacturer did not have an effective feedback mechanism. More than 80% of the medical equipment knowledge learned by nurses is to learn how to operate, to understand the purpose and function of the equipment and to deal with simple failures. Learn the commonly used methods of medical device knowledge is the guidance of colleagues, see the instructions, their own exploration, the least used method is to guide hospital engineers. The familiar method of maintaining the use of infrequently used medical devices is to conduct regular hands-on simulations, regular training in the hospital and on-site viewing by colleagues. Read the manual to use the least. Conclusion: We should pay attention to practicality, take systematic and normative measures into consideration, and work together to do a lot of education and training in various aspects so as to facilitate the correct use of equipment, quality assessment and risk control.
