采用硬质合金滚刀作为磨齿前半精加工或代替部分磨齿工序,是70年代发展起来的一项新工艺。与传统的磨齿工艺相比,可节省制造成本20—60%。我所从1981年开始,同有关工厂一起开展了硬质合金滚刀加工淬硬齿轮的试验研究工作,在实际应用中已取得了成效。 机床行业的应用情况 为了减少当前机床行业磨齿工序的压力,根据机械工业部机床工具总局的安排,我所与北京第二机床厂、昆明铣床厂等单位合作,开展了这项工艺的试验研究。初步使用表明,对于模数2.5—4毫米的齿轮,淬硬后用硬质合金滚刀滚齿,精度可达:
The use of carbide hob as a semi-finishing before grinding or instead of part grinding process is a new process developed in the 70’s. Compared with the traditional grinding process, manufacturing costs can be saved by 20-60%.
