国际传播能力是一个国家软实力的重要组成部分。十八届三中全会《决定》明确提出,“加强国际传播能力和对外话语体系建设,推动中华文化走向世界”。1近年来,我国不少地方媒体以各种方式参与国际传播,取得积极成效。如:新民晚报与海外华文媒体合作,陆续在美、澳、加等全球25个国家创办了28个海外版,在向海外读者介绍中国情况的同时力图在国际新闻报道上有所突破。2宁波日报报业集团(下称宁报集团)则通过与海外主流媒体建立友好合作关系,策划“走出去”大型采访活动,借力人民日报海外版等国家级外宣平台等具体
International communication is an important part of a country’s soft power. The “Decision” of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee made it clear that “strengthening the capacity of international communication and building of an external discourse system and promoting Chinese culture to the world”. In recent years, many local media in our country have participated in the international dissemination in various ways and achieved positive results.
