目前国内关于员工选择性工作安排(AWA)这一新型的人力资源管理模式的研究比较少见。本文首次对员工偏好和选择性工作安排的关系进行了研究,通过运用Logit模型分析发现:员工的学历、年龄和工作岗位等因素是其选择AWA意愿的显著性预测变量,而性别和行业等因素不能预测员工的此类意愿。同时,本文还提出了相应的政策建议,指出了本项研究的局限性和未来的研究方向。
At present, the research on the new type of human resources management mode about employee selective working arrangements (AWA) is relatively rare. This paper, for the first time, studies the relationship between employee preferences and selective work arrangements. By using Logit model analysis, it is found that employees’ qualifications, age and job position are significant predictors of AWA’s willingness, while gender and industry factors Can not predict the employee’s such wishes. At the same time, this article also put forward the corresponding policy recommendations, pointed out the limitations of this study and future research directions.
