我们用改良的上颌悬吊夹板对5例上颌骨水平断离,包括高位横断骨折的有牙(牙合)病人作治疗性固定,获得较满意的效果,现介绍如下。制作和用法取长22cm、宽4.5cm、厚0.5～0.7cm 的木板,在板一侧的中部相当于两口角接触处各作一约2cm 深的弧形缺口,以避免压迫口角。木板两头各作缺口以利吊颌帽带子的固定(图1)。使用时先戴好吊颌帽,再将夹板放于上颌牙弓咬(牙合)面上,适当用力使上颌骨复位,这时由助手将吊颌
