在培养液中NaCl(1.4%)的条件下,测定淡土植物大麦(Hordeum vulgare)和盐土植物碱茅(Puccinellia tenuissima)的叶片和根中丁二胺、尸胺、亚精胺、精胺的含量。结果表明大麦中的多胺含量降低,而碱芽中的多胺含量则增加。本文讨论多胺对植物耐盐性的作用。
The contents of butanediamine, cadaverine, spermidine, and spermine in the leaves and roots of the soilless plants Hordeum vulgare and Puccinellia tenuissima were determined under the conditions of NaCl (1.4% content. The results showed that the content of polyamines in barley decreased while the content of polyamines in alkaline buds increased. This article discusses the effect of polyamines on salt tolerance in plants.
