高职教育中广告专业教学存在着专业课程的学习和现实就业环境的脱节、教师本身的能力素质有限、交叉学科不交叉、专科教育与本科教育相差悬殊等问题。改革的主要对策是明确培养目标,提倡行业专家参与教学,采取多种途径提高教师素质,建立具有前瞻性和开放性的课程体系等。
The teaching of advertisement in higher vocational education has some problems such as the disconnection between the learning of professional courses and the actual employment environment, the limited ability of teachers themselves, the lack of interdisciplinary studies and the disparity between junior and senior undergraduates. The main countermeasures for the reform are to clearly set goals, promote the participation of industry experts in teaching, adopt various ways to improve the quality of teachers and establish a forward-looking and open curriculum system.
