本文通过对 GCr15盘条原科球化退火、半成品或成品的中温碱浴或连续炉退火,以及加大总减面率的试验工作,探讨采用退火新工艺,简化轴承钢丝生产工艺流程的可行性。
In this paper, the GCr15 rod by the original steel annealing, semi-finished or finished medium temperature alkaline bath or continuous furnace annealing, and increase the total reduction of the test work to explore the use of annealing new technology to simplify the feasibility of bearing steel wire production process .
