应用离子对萃取-紫外分光光度法和薄层层析-紫外分光光度法分别测定了不同提取工艺所制备的五种四逆注射液中乌头类生物碱和甘草酸的含量。应用SAS软件进行统计处理,结果表明不同提取工艺对乌头类生物碱的量和甘草酸的含量都有较大影响。提示在制备四逆注射液的过程中要注意其工艺的筛选和优化。
Ion-pair extraction-ultraviolet spectrophotometry and thin-layer chromatography-ultraviolet spectrophotometry were used to determine the content of Aconitum alkaloids and glycyrrhizic acid in five kinds of Sini injections prepared by different extraction processes. SAS software was used for statistical processing. The results showed that different extraction processes had a great influence on the amount of aconitine alkaloids and the content of glycyrrhizic acid. It is suggested that during the preparation of Sini Injection, the selection and optimization of the process should be noted.
