应用RIA技术测定了45例肺心病急性发作期患者的血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)水平,并用多元线性回归与相关分析ET-1与患者年龄、血钾、钠、氯离子、肌酐、尿素氮、二氧化碳结合率、尿蛋白及病情轻、中、重的关系。结果显示肺心病患者的ET-1明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),且随病情加重而增加;ET-1与血钾、钠离子及病情严重程度相关(P<0.05),以上结果表明ET-1作为一种反应介质在肺心病病情发展、电解质紊乱及病情加重中起一定的作用。
RIA was used to determine the plasma level of endothelin-1 (ET-1) in 45 patients with acute episode of pulmonary heart disease. Multivariate linear regression and correlation analysis were performed between ET-1 and age, serum potassium, sodium, chloride, creatinine, Urea nitrogen, carbon dioxide binding rate, urinary protein and mild, moderate and severe disease. The results showed that ET-1 in patients with pulmonary heart disease was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (P <0.01), and increased with the severity of the disease. ET-1 was correlated with serum potassium, sodium and the severity of the disease (P <0.05 ), The above results show that ET-1 as a reaction medium in the development of pulmonary heart disease, electrolyte imbalance and exacerbations play a role.
