The anatomical study on the HT stave of the fourth generation of the blast furnace of Masteel No.3 blast furnace was carried out by means of metallographic analysis, electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, chemical analysis and force analysis method. The micro-damage mechanism of HT stave is proposed.
