湖北省樊口泵站装有目前亚洲单机容量最大的轴流泵.长期以来,泵站运行扬程远远低于设计扬程,造成运行工况差、气蚀破坏严重、叶片操作油压过高且低扬程下仍难于开启泵轮叶片,造成低扬程区域无法正常开机.中国水利水电科学研究院水力机电研究所为樊口泵站轴流泵改造进行了模型泵开发试验研究,为泵站水泵技术改造提供了性能优良的水力模型,可大幅度提高效率、降低能耗、改善气蚀性能,实现在2.5MPa的设计操作油压下对叶片进行全调节,全面解决现用泵目前在运行中存在的水力问题.在与原型泵装置全模拟的模型泵流道上进行的第Ⅰ方案和第Ⅴ方案模型试验结果表明,其中第Ⅴ方案的水力模型性能指标达到了国内先进水平.

Hydraulic and Electrical Research Institute of China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Research Institute of Fankou pumping station axial pump for the reform of the model pump development test study for the pump station technical transformation provides excellent performance hydraulic model can greatly improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption , To improve the cavitation performance and achieve full regulation of the blades under the designed operating hydraulic pressure of 2.5MPa so as to fully solve the hydraulic problems currently existing in operation of the existing pumps. The first model and the fifth model test results of the model pump runner with the full simulation of the prototype pump device show that the hydraulic model performance index of the scheme V reached the advanced domestic level.
