目的:建立测定保健食品中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:样品经超声提取,采用SynergiHydro-RP(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm)色谱柱,甲醇:乙腈:0.2%乙酸水溶液(40:50:10)作为流动相,检测波长210 nm。结果:齐墩果酸和熊果酸在2.12~84.8μg/ml和1.76~70.4μg/ml浓度范围内具有良好线性关系(r>0.9995);平均加标回收率分别为82.9%~106.1%和81.7%~98.5%;相对标准偏差分别为7.8%和8.5%。结论:该方法简便、准确,有良好的重现性,技术参数指标符合食品理化分析的要求。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in health food. Methods: The samples were extracted by ultrasonic and the detection wavelength was 210 nm with Synergi Hydro-RP (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 4 μm) column and methanol: acetonitrile: 0.2% acetic acid aqueous solution (40:50:10) as mobile phase. Results: Oleanolic acid and ursolic acid showed a good linearity (r> 0.9995) in the range of 2.12 ~ 84.8μg / ml and 1.76 ~ 70.4μg / ml. The average recoveries of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 82.9% -106.1% and 81.7% ~ 98.5%; the relative standard deviations were 7.8% and 8.5% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. The technical parameters meet the requirements of food physical and chemical analysis.
