使用CAE模拟分析技术对现实生产中车门外板表面质量改进方案进行研究。在某车型前门外板中下部表面折痕问题的整改过程中,通过模拟模型建立生产中的实际生产条件,再现生产中质量缺陷。在模拟过程中验证各改进方案的效果并最终通过进料量、过程缺陷分析、主应变均匀程度、斑马线效果等分析手段对模拟结果进行量化的效果确认,最终得出修改方案。在对实际模具进行改进后,经效果确认,缺陷消除,与分析过程相吻合。应用改进后的方案,较传统的直接修改模具进行验证的方法,更加准确、指导性强。大幅度缩短了修改周期、降低修改成本、提升模具质量。
The CAE simulation analysis technology is used to study the surface quality improvement of door outer panel in real production. During the rectification of the crease problem of the middle and lower part of the outer panel of the front door of a vehicle model, the actual production conditions in the production are established through the simulation model to reproduce the quality defects in the production. In the process of simulation, the effectiveness of each improvement program was verified and finally the quantitative results of the simulation results were confirmed through the analysis of feed quantity, process defect analysis, main strain uniformity and zebra crossing effect. After the actual mold is improved, the effect is confirmed, the defect is eliminated, and the analysis process is consistent. Application of improved programs, the more traditional methods of direct verification of mold validation, more accurate, strong guidance. Dramatically shorten the modification cycle, reduce modification costs and improve mold quality.
