利用柔性拉索圆环制动原理 ,测试微型转动轴承微小摩擦力 ,将摩擦力矩的测试转化为摩擦力的直接测试 ,去除了微小轴颈尺寸对摩擦力矩的缩小作用 ,提高了测试精度。根据上下轴瓦各自的受力平衡关系以及柔索在两者间力的传递关系 ,建立了由柔索两端拉力差求取微型轴承摩擦系数的数学模型。实验结果表明 ,该测试方法可以获得较高的重复精度。
Using the principle of flexible cable ring brake, the micro-friction test of miniature rotary bearing is tested, and the test of friction torque is transformed into the direct test of friction force. The miniature journal size can be used to reduce the friction torque and improve the testing accuracy. According to the force-balance relationship between the upper and lower bearing pads and the force transmission between them, the mathematical model for calculating the friction coefficient of the micro-bearing is established. Experimental results show that this method can achieve high repeatability.
