探讨构建社会主义和谐社会这一时代课题,离不开对前人世代积累的历史经验的反思。协调管理者与被管理者之间的关系、寻求二者之间矛盾的建设性解决方式,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重大课题之一。中国古代关于协调君民关系的论述很多,其中包含着对管理者与被管理者关系带有普遍性的认识,蕴含着可资今人借鉴的思想资源,《管子·五辅》篇中的“得人之道”就是其中之一。
