必须承认,学生学习英语,智力上是存在一定差异的,表现在观察力、注意力、理解力、记忆力、语言模仿能力、听说接受能力、表达能力、逻辑思维能力等方面都各不相同。除此之外,还有一些非智力因素的影响,如性格特征、兴趣爱好、语言环境、学习方法等诸方面因素。因此,在教学中我们要分析学困生“学困”的原因,对症下药。1.帮助学困生树立自信心。学困生往往随着年级的升高和教材难度的加大,与其他同学成绩越拉越大。教师如果总是批评,他们的自尊心就会严重受挫。教师应当努力发现他们的优点和长处,大加鼓励,并认真帮助他们
