针对以往开关电源并联供电系统还存在系统效率低和各路输出电流相对误差的绝对值较高的缺点,研制了一种由ATmega64单片机控制的高效率开关电源模块并联供电系统。该单片机片内自带10位PWM功能和10位A/D转换器,产生PWM波和实现A/D转换,使外围电路更简单;采用两路独立的全桥式DC-AC-DC模块、电流采样与放大电路,并分别与单片机组成闭环反馈模式来进行分流,提高了系统效率、减少了各路输出电流相对误差的绝对值。测试结果表明,该系统效率高达94.1%以上,实现了自动分流和按设定比例分流,每路模块输出电流相对误差的绝对值分别为0~0.8%和0.2%~1.24%。
Aiming at the shortcoming of low system efficiency and high absolute value of the relative error of each output current, a parallel power supply system with high efficiency switching power supply controlled by ATmega64 is developed for the parallel power supply system of switching power supply in the past.
