目的观察食管曲张静脉测压数字图像系统的可靠性。方法制备食管及食管内曲张静脉模型,采用食管曲张静脉测压数字图像系统对5例肝硬化食管静脉曲张患者进行测压。食管曲张静脉测压数字图像系统由测压仪、压力传感器、视频采集卡及专用计算机程序组成。结果不同直径(3、6、8mm)模拟食管曲张静脉测压值与实际压力值间均呈良好相关性(r>0.975,P<0.01),未发现明显的测压值偏差(偏差的95%可信区间上下限介于-2.1~0.3cmH2O)。5例患者的食管曲张静脉压力的气囊测压值与该系统测得的压力值有较好的相关性(r=0.999,P<0.01)。结论食管曲张静脉测压数字图像系统能准确地测量食管曲张静脉压力。
Objective To observe the reliability of esophageal varicose vein digital image system. Methods The esophageal and esophageal varicose veins models were prepared. The esophageal varices digital image system was used to measure the pressure in 5 patients with cirrhosis and esophageal varices. Esophageal varicose vein pressure digital image system consists of a load cell, pressure sensor, video capture card and a dedicated computer program. Results There was a good correlation between simulated esophageal variceal pressure values and actual pressure values (r> 0.975, P <0.01) for different diameters (3, 6 and 8 mm) Confidence interval between the upper and lower limits of -2.1 ~ 0.3cmH2O). The pressure values of the bag of esophageal varices in 5 patients were correlated well with those of the system (r = 0.999, P <0.01). Conclusion The esophageal varicose vein digital image system can accurately measure the pressure of esophageal varices.
