从原材料、热处理、零件挠度、裂纹处圆角尺寸及校直方式等方面对汽车变速箱输入轴的校直裂纹进行详细分析。结果表明,原材料带状组织超差,零件热处理淬火内应力及畸变大,以及校直压下量偏大是导致校直裂纹率居高的主要原因。通过严格控制原材料质量,降低热处理气淬压力,优化校直压下量,可降低校直裂纹率。
From the aspects of raw materials, heat treatment, deflection of parts, fillet size at crack place and straightening way, the crack of alignment of input shaft of automobile transmission is analyzed in detail. The results show that the main reason for the high straightening crack rate is that the raw material band structure is too poor, the stress quenching and distortion of parts are large, and the straightening reduction is too large. By strictly controlling the quality of raw materials, reducing the heat treatment gas quenching pressure, optimizing the reduction of straightening, can reduce the rate of straight crack.
