职专幼教专业所培养的学生是即将服务于城镇幼儿园教育的教师。从职专幼教专业的办学现状看,学校设置的专业课程比较杂,音乐只是其中的一部分,而多数的幼教学生入学时的音乐基础差,音乐素养水平低,学校的音乐素养教育状况不容乐观,急需改善。从音乐素养水平对学生今后工作岗位的重要性来看,职专培养的幼教学生毕业后基本上承担了城镇甚至是乡村幼儿的启蒙音乐教育,她们的歌唱音准和音乐素养水平关系着千千万万学前幼儿的音乐基本素质培养。尤其在家长重视孩子音乐教育的当下,幼教学生的音乐素养水平显得更为重要。
