为明确丁香酚麻醉不同规格俄罗斯鲟所需合适浓度,采用净水法,测定了不同质量浓度的丁香酚在不同麻醉时间条件下对俄罗斯鲟的麻醉效果。实验结果表明,随着丁香酚的质量浓度从40 mg/L提高到160.06 mg/L,平均完全麻醉时间从30.50 min减少至1.50 min,平均完全复苏时间从1.12 min增长到10.66 min。而完全麻醉后继续麻醉不同时间实验结果显示,当丁香酚的质量浓度不高于80.02 mg/L时,继续麻醉10 min内复苏率达100%;而质量浓度不低于100.82 mg/L时继续麻醉10 min则出现复苏率下降。相同浓度丁香酚对不同体重俄罗斯鲟麻醉效果实验表明,相同浓度的丁香酚对不同体重的俄罗斯鲟麻醉效果相差不大。结果提示,丁香酚用于俄罗斯鲟麻醉时,应掌握好麻醉浓度及麻醉时间,避免麻醉过度造成损失。
To determine the appropriate concentration of eugenol to anesthetize Russian sturgeons of different sizes, the anesthetic effects of eugenol of different mass concentrations on Russian sturgeons were determined under the different anesthetic time conditions by water purification method. The experimental results showed that with the increase of eugenol mass concentration from 40 mg / L to 160.06 mg / L, the mean time to complete anesthesia decreased from 30.50 min to 1.50 min, and the average time to complete recovery increased from 1.12 min to 10.66 min. However, the anesthesia was continued after anesthesia at different times. The experimental results showed that when the concentration of eugenol was not higher than 80.02 mg / L, the recovery rate reached 100% within 10 min after continuing anesthesia, and continued when the mass concentration was not less than 100.82 mg / L Anesthesia 10 min then the recovery rate decreased. The same concentration of eugenol on different weight Russian sturgeon anesthesia experiments show that the same concentration of eugenol on the body weight of different Russian sturgeon anesthesia effect is not much difference. The results suggest that eugenol for sturgeon anesthesia, should have a good anesthesia concentration and anesthesia time to avoid excessive loss of anesthesia.
