提出一种测量起重机伸臂的侧弯变形的摄像测量方法 ,可以实时、动态测量起重机伸臂对应点的侧弯变形量。推导了变形测量算法,通过实验验证测量精度,实验结果表明起重机伸臂侧弯测量精度与侧弯量有一定的关系,测量精度与激光点到相机的距离、两激光点之间距离、伸臂实际侧弯量、图像处理精度等因素密切相关。
A measuring method for measuring the bending deformation of crane boom is proposed. The bending deformation can be measured in real time and dynamically. The deformation measurement algorithm is deduced, and the measurement accuracy is verified through experiments. The experimental results show that the accuracy of sidearm bending of cranes is related to the amount of side bending. The measurement accuracy is related to the distance from laser point to camera, the distance between two laser points, The actual amount of side bending, image processing accuracy and other factors are closely related.
