采用垂直燃烧测试法和热重分析研究了单一阻燃剂在双组分聚脲弹性体中的阻燃作用。结果表明,固体阻燃剂聚磷酸铵(APP)、纳米无机材料有机改性蒙脱土(2T-MMT)、液体阻燃剂甲基磷酸二甲酯(DMMP)对聚脲具有较好的阻燃作用,主要为固相阻燃作用。随着阻燃剂添加量的增大,阻燃作用效果增强。聚脲和阻燃聚脲的热降解过程都包括两个阶段:第一阶段为250~350℃;第二阶段为350~450℃。阻燃剂加入后降低了聚脲的热降解开始温度,特别是阻燃剂DMMP。800℃时的残余量说明APP和三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐提高了聚脲的残余量,而DMMP和间苯二酚-双(磷酸二苯酯)降低了残余量。
The flame retardancy of a single flame retardant in two-component polyurea elastomer was studied by vertical combustion test and thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that the solid flame retardant ammonium polyphosphate (APP), nanometer inorganic material modified montmorillonite (2T-MMT) and liquid flame retardant DMMP have good resistance to polyurea Burning effect, mainly for solid-phase flame retardant. With the increase of the amount of flame retardant, flame retardant effect is enhanced.
