目的 探讨IL 1β在大鼠局部脑缺血再灌注损伤中的作用。 方法 根据Longa方法建立了MCA局部脑缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,并用ELISA方法检测IL 1β水平。 结果 再灌注组IL 1β水平明显高于单纯缺血组和对照组 ,再灌注后 6hIL 1β水平最高。 结论 IL 1β在大鼠局部脑组织缺血再灌注损伤中起非常重要的作用 ,并且加速了缺血损伤的病程
Objective To investigate the role of IL 1β in focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods The MCA model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was established according to Longa’s method. The level of IL-1β was detected by ELISA. Results The level of IL-1β in reperfusion group was significantly higher than that in ischemia group and control group, and the level of IL-1β was the highest at 6h after reperfusion. Conclusion IL 1β plays a very important role in ischemia-reperfusion injury of local brain tissue in rats and accelerates the course of ischemic injury
