1气门弹簧的结构特点气门弹簧由弹簧钢丝卷制而成。大多数高速发动机的气门上设计了大小2只弹簧,而且2只弹簧的螺旋方向相反。气门弹簧的这种特殊结构形式具有如下优点。(1)设计内外2只弹簧,其作用:一是增加总弹力;二是缩短弹簧的尺寸(同时降低了弹簧的内应力),使结构更加紧凑;三是当1只气门弹簧断裂时,另1只弹簧仍然可以支撑气门,可以防止气门掉入气缸内而发生捣缸事故。(2)2只气门弹簧旋向相反,其作用:一是防止1只弹簧折断后卡入另1只弹簧圈内,保证气门弹簧能够正常工作;二是可以减少气门弹簧因高频伸缩而产生的共振损坏。(3)有的机型采用不等螺距的气门弹簧,这样可以使气门在开启并压缩弹簧时,螺距小的气门弹簧
