本文以青岛市为例,分析了城镇最低生活保障家庭的住房问题的成因、政策并提出可行性建议。要求家庭方面努力增加收入来源,提出合理的住房目标;政府方面要促进充分就业,加大投资力度,大量兴建公共住房;社会方面也要为最低生活保障家庭住房问题的解决做出努力。 Taking Qingdao City as an example, this paper analyzes the causes and policies of the lowest living standard of urban families in housing and puts forward feasible suggestions. It requires that families work hard to increase their sources of income and put forward reasonable housing targets. The government should promote full employment, increase investment and construct public housing in large numbers. Social efforts must also be made to solve the problem of ensuring a minimum living standard for family housing.
