小口径金刚石钻探生产实践证明,合理选择钻进技术参数(转速、钻压、泵量),对提高时效和钻头寿命影响很大,其中冲洗液量是由泥浆泵供给的,对选用泥浆泵要求:1.一般最大流量为75~90升/分;2.能有数种流量变化范围以供选择;3.选定后的流量值应尽量保持稳定不变;4.最大工作压力较高,能满足克服排出管路系统的阻力。特别要注意不能用三通调节回水量的办法,因为这将使泥浆泵的工作性能遭受严重破坏,是发生烧钻的最主要原因。根据上述要求,就能正确选用和改造现有泥浆泵。
