目的探讨脑钠素(BNP)在心血管疾病诊治中的应用。方法对2009年7月—2010年9月期间我院收治的100例心血管疾病患者的诊治资料进行分析研究。将这100例心血管疾病患者作为观察组,同时选取100名健康人作为对照组。对这两组人进行脑钠素浓度检测,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果检测结果显示,心血管疾病患者心衰的程度越严重,其血浆中脑钠素的浓度就越高。在观察组中,II级心衰患者血浆中BNP的浓度为278±26pg/mL,III级心衰患者血浆中BNP的浓度为339±27pg/mL,Ⅳ级心衰患者血浆中BNP的浓度为639±29pg/mL,均明显高于对照组患者血浆中的BNP浓度(50±21pg/mL),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测心血管疾病患者血浆中BNP的浓度,对了解其病情的进展、判断其预后具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the application of BNP in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Methods The data of 100 cases of cardiovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from July 2009 to September 2010 were analyzed. 100 cases of cardiovascular disease patients as the observation group, while 100 healthy people as the control group. The concentration of brain natriuretic peptide was measured in both groups, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The test results showed that the more severe the heart failure in patients with cardiovascular diseases, the higher the plasma concentration of brain natriuretic peptide. In the observation group, plasma BNP concentration was 278 ± 26 pg / mL in patients with grade II heart failure, plasma BNP concentration was 339 ± 27 pg / mL in patients with grade III heart failure, and BNP levels in patients with grade IV heart failure were 639 ± 29pg / mL, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (50 ± 21pg / mL). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of plasma BNP concentration in patients with cardiovascular disease, to understand the progress of their disease, to determine the prognosis of important clinical significance.
