建立了以板单元为基本单元的车架有限元分析模型 ;利用有限元分析软件 AL GOR FEAS对其进行了静态、自由振动和随机振动分析 ;计算结果与实验测试数据进行了对比 ,实验数据验证了计算的正确性 ;找出了该车架裂纹过早出现的原因 ;有限元分析结果和实验结果与车架在实际使用中出现的车架异常断裂情况相吻合 ;给出了对该种车架结构改造的方法。
The finite element analysis model of the frame with the plate element as the basic unit was established. The static, free vibration and random vibration analysis of the frame were carried out with the finite element analysis software AL GOR FEAS.
