本文调查了福建省上京矿务局6个煤炭生产单位作业场所的粉尘浓度。结果表明:①这些场所的粉尘颗粒较小,其中有59.9%的粉尘粒子的分散度小于5μm;②这些场所的粉尘浓度在0.3~301.8mg/m3之间,仅有60.76%作业点的浓度符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》(TJ36-79)的要求。另外,通过对这些矿井的全面跟踪调查,作者发现产生粉尘污染的主要来源是放炮作业。针对存在的问题,提出了一些具体的改善这些场所劳动卫生条件的防尘措施。
This paper investigates the dust concentration in the workplace of 6 coal production units in Shangjing Mining Bureau of Fujian Province. The results showed that: ① The dust particles in these places are small, of which 59.9% of the dust particles have a dispersity of less than 5μm; ② The dust concentration in these places is between 0.3 and 301.8mg / m3, only 60%. The concentration of 76% of the operating points meets the requirements of the Hygienic Standard for Design of Industrial Enterprises (TJ36-79). In addition, through a comprehensive follow-up survey of these mines, the authors found that the main source of dust pollution was blasting. In view of the existing problems, some concrete measures to improve the sanitary conditions in these places are put forward.
