通过热力学理论计算预测Me-OH-,Me-OH--NH3体系溶液中金属离子浓度与p H值的关系,分析了不同配合-沉淀体系中铝与钴、镍、锰的分离性能,采用水解-沉淀法除铝.结果表明,在Me-OH--NH3和Me-OH--NH3-CO32-体系中,铝与镍、钴、锰分离效果较好,在Me-OH--NH3-CO32-体系中生成的Al(OH)3过滤性能较好.在Me-OH--NH3-CO32-体系中,p H=4.5时,镍、钴、锰回收率分别为98.57%,99.63%和99.91%,铝去除率为99.94%.
The relationship between metal ion concentration and p H value in Me-OH-, Me-OH - NH 3 system was predicted by thermodynamic theory. The separation performance of aluminum, cobalt, nickel and manganese in different coprecipitation-precipitation systems was analyzed. - precipitation of aluminum. The results show that in the system Me-OH - NH3 and Me-OH - NH3-CO32-, aluminum and nickel, cobalt, manganese separation better, in the Me-OH - NH3-CO32 - Al (OH) 3 generated in the system has a good filtration performance.The recoveries of nickel, cobalt and manganese are 98.57%, 99.63% and 99.91% respectively in the system Me-OH - NH3-CO32- %, Aluminum removal rate of 99.94%.
