以铁磁性钢管的三点弯曲实验为基础,研究了铁磁性钢管弹性和塑性弯曲应力下的磁记忆效应。分析了管件弯曲状态下的表面弯曲应力和磁场强度的分布,并讨论了卸载对磁场强度的影响。探索了管道安全检测的一个新方法。根据实验结果,管件表面磁场的法向量在弹塑性阶段表现出不同的特征,可通过进一步量化研究,来确定管件上塑性区及产生强化的区域。
Based on the three-point bending test of ferromagnetic steel tube, the magnetic memory effect of the ferromagnetic steel tube under elastic and plastic bending stress was studied. The distribution of surface bending stress and magnetic field strength under the bending condition of the pipe is analyzed. The effect of unloading on the strength of the magnetic field is also discussed. Explore a new method of pipeline safety testing. According to the experimental results, the normal vector of the magnetic field on the tube surface shows different characteristics during the elasto-plastic phase. The plastic zone on the tube and the area for strengthening can be determined by further quantitative studies.
