随着电力行业的逐步发展和完善,人们对企业内部管理的重视程度日益提高,人力资源管理作为企业内部管理不可或缺的一部分,其中的绩效管理又是现代企业管理中的重要组成部分,更是受到越来越广泛的关注。本文主要围绕电力企业人力资源绩效管理体系构建进行探讨,分析电力企业绩效管理的现状,并针对当下电力企业在人力资源绩效管理中存在的缺陷和不足进行研究,提出如何构建电力企业人力资源绩效管理体系。
With the gradual development and improvement of the power industry, people attach more importance to the internal management of the enterprise. Human resource management is an indispensable part of the internal management of an enterprise, and performance management is an important part of modern enterprise management. This paper mainly focuses on the construction of human resource performance management system in electric power enterprises, analyzes the present situation of electric power enterprise performance management, and studies the shortcomings and deficiencies of current power enterprises in human resource performance management.
