目的研究甘肃省鼠疫菌差异区段基因分型及其流行特征。方法根据鼠疫菌基因组的23个差异区段(DFR)对202株鼠疫菌进行基因分型,并进行聚类分析。结果 202株鼠疫菌分为8个基因型,即1b型、5型、7型、8型、13型、26型及新发现的GS1型和GS2型。9株黄鼠型菌株被分为13型和26型。18株阿尔金型菌株被分为3个型,其中1株为GS2型,6株为8型,11株为1b型。48株祁连型被分为3个型,其中5株为8型,39株为GS1型,4株为GS2型。127株青藏型菌株被分为6个型,其中1株为5型,6株为7型,56株为8型,39株为1b型,20株为GS1型,5株为GS2型。黄鼠型鼠疫菌的主基因型为26型,阿尔金型鼠疫菌的主基因型为1b型,祁连型鼠疫菌的主基因型为GS1型,青藏型鼠疫菌的主基因型为8型。结论 GS1和GS2为新发现的2个新基因型。黄鼠型鼠疫菌株同阿尔金型、祁连型和青藏型菌株基因型相似度较小,阿尔金型、祁连型和青藏型基因型相似度较大。
Objective To study the genotyping and epidemiological characteristics of different regions of Yersinia pestis in Gansu province. Methods 202 strains of Yersinia pestis were genotyped by 23 differential regions (DFRs) of Yersinia pestis genome and clustered. Results The 202 strains of Yersinia pestis were divided into eight genotypes 1b, 5, 7, 8, 13, 26 and newly discovered GS1 and GS2. Nine strains of S. muridarum were classified as type 13 and type 26. Eighteen Arginine strains were divided into three types, of which one was GS2 type, six were type 8 and 11 were type 1b. 48 Qilian type were divided into three types, of which 5 were 8 type, 39 strains were GS1 type, 4 strains were GS2 type. 127 strains of Qinghai-Tibet type were divided into 6 types, of which 1 was type 5, 6 were type 7, 56 were type 8, 39 were type 1b, 20 were GS1 and 5 were GS2. The main genotype of the yellow rat-type pestis is type 26, the main genotype of the type of altyrgen-type plague bacteria is type 1b, the main genotype of the genotype Qilian pestis is type GS1, and the main genotype of the Tibetan-type pestis is type 8 . Conclusion GS1 and GS2 are two newly discovered genotypes. The similarity of the genotypes of the zoonotic plague strains to the Arginine type, the Qilian type and the Qinghai-Tibet type strains was relatively small, and the similarity of the Altyn type, Qilian type and Qinghai-Tibetan genotype was greater.
