本文采用问卷调查、实地考察及专家访谈等方法对河南省农村小学体育器材配备工程实施全过程进行全面、系统的调查,分前期准备、招标采购、验收及后续管理三阶段对工程实施过程中存在的问题进行研究和论述,为今后类似工程的实施提供理论参考和实践指导;也期望能对国家及其他省份实施同类工程起到一定的借鉴作用。 This paper uses questionnaires, field visits and expert interviews to conduct a comprehensive and systematic survey on the whole process of equipment implementation in rural primary schools in Henan province. The three stages of preparation, bidding and purchasing, acceptance and follow-up management exist during the implementation of the project. It also provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the implementation of similar projects in the future. It also hopes to be able to provide reference for other countries and other provinces in implementing similar projects.
