作为获取人力资源竞争优势的重要条件,建立有效的人力资源管理是企业管理的重中之重。本文旨在通过对人力资源绩效管理的内涵分析,对人力资源绩效考核的计划、控制和反馈三大环节做出详细分析,构建出企业人力资源绩效管理体系,指出在建立绩效管理体系时持有的观念和需要注意的问题,望对企业人力资源管理工作有所帮助。
