目的 :应用钼钯、电脑红外线透照和定位穿刺与病理对照研究来估价检测乳腺癌的灵敏度和特异度。材料与方法 :62例乳腺肿块患者中 ,X线钼钯摄片诊断乳腺癌 39例 ,准确率为 90 .7%;电脑红外透照诊断乳腺癌 37例 ,准确率为 83.7%;定位穿刺诊断乳腺癌 41例 ,准确率为 95.3%。结论 :钼钯、电脑红外透照和定位穿刺联合应用 ,可早期发现乳腺癌 ,提高诊断隐匿性乳腺癌的准确性。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of detecting molybdenum in breast cancer using molybdenum-palladium, computerized infrared radiography, and positioning puncture and pathology control studies. Materials and Methods: Among 62 breast masses, 39 cases of breast cancer were diagnosed by molybdenum X-ray and the accuracy rate was 90.7%. The computerized infrared radiography was used to diagnose breast cancer in 37 cases, the accuracy was 83.7% Breast cancer in 41 cases, the accuracy rate was 95.3%. Conclusion: The combination of molybdenum-palladium, computerized infrared radiography and positioning puncture can detect breast cancer early and improve the accuracy of diagnosis of occult breast cancer.
