由航空工业部第四规划设计研究院研制的HJR-1型搬运机器人不久前通过部级审定。审定报告认为:该机器人达到了国内同类型机器人较先进水平。HJR-1型机器人的主要性能如下:自由度:五自由度,手爪气动夹紧;结构型式:极座标型;抓取质量:20Kg;运动方式:大臂回转、俯仰、伸缩,手腕上下摆动、左右回转;最大运动速度:1m/s;重复定位精度:±1mm。
The HJR-1 handling robot, developed by the Fourth Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Aeronautical Industry, recently passed ministerial-level validation. Validation report that: The robot reached the domestic advanced level of the same type of robot. HJR-1 robot’s main features are as follows: degrees of freedom: five degrees of freedom, claw pneumatic clamping; structure type: polar coordinates type; grasping quality: 20Kg; movement: arm rotation, pitch, telescopic, wrist up and down Swing, left and right rotation; maximum speed of motion: 1m / s; repeat positioning accuracy: ± 1mm.
