通过对硅系延期药贮存规律的分析,并利用ESCA对不同条件下的硅粉表面氧化膜进行研究,得出了硅系延期药贮存秒量漂移的根本原因是延期药中的可燃剂与氧化剂在贮存过程中生成氧化膜,使延期时间增长。通过调整硅粉研磨时间,提高了延期药延期精度,采取高温加速老化延期药方法,促使可燃剂与氧化剂接触界面扩散动态平衡,提高了硅系延期药延期精度与贮存稳定性。
