确保培训内容的需求导向1、培训需求分析一是从总体上分析企业在不同阶段的培训重点,即对企业的发展战略、近期计划以及特定活动等综合情况进行分析,以明确培训需求。比如,如果企业制订了高速扩张的中长期发展战略,其培训规划就应该定位于不断培养高素质的综合型人才。如果企业打算在短期内大幅度提高销量,那么近期培训对象就应该以广告,市场及销售人员为主。另外,为提高并保持长期竞争能力,企业也会定期或不定期举行一些特定活动。如企业文化建设、质量体系认证、信用体系认证等,为此,培训的阶段性重点也应相应做出调整。
