作为一名教育一线工作多年的教育工作者,我经常会问自己几个问题:什么样的教学才是有效的教学?如何评价学生?为什么素质教育推行了这么多年,进步却如此缓慢?想要搞清楚这几个问题,首先要明确:我们的教育目的是什么?许多学校都把升学率看做是首要目标,把分数高低看成教育成功,甚至评价学生的唯一标准,每年暑假,学校、家长、学生甚至全社会最关心的是某某学校又考入多少个清华、北大的学生,某某学校有多少高分段学生,现实中许多教师和家长也把成绩好的学生誉为好的学生。
As an educator working for years, I often ask myself several questions: What kind of teaching is effective teaching? How to evaluate students? Why has quality education been implemented for so many years and progress has been so slow? To figure out these issues, we must first make it clear: What is our educational purpose? Many schools regard the progression rate as the primary goal, regard the marks as education success and even the only criterion for evaluating students. Every summer vacation, schools, Parents, students and even the whole society are most concerned about how many Tsinghua University students, Peking University students, a certain number of high school students, in reality, many teachers and parents also good students as good student.
