在精确传输直流信号或缓变信号过程中,对运算放大器输入特性的要求是极高的,即要求其输入失调电流、失调电压和漂移小,偏置电流和漂移低以及输入噪声小等。因为这些特性一方面取决于电路能放大的最低电平信号,另一方面也决定了放大增益的上限。若增益不受限制,则输入级的失调、漂移和噪声经过放大后,将使电路出现截止或饱和。所以高精度运算放大器正是为解决这些要求而设计的。
The requirements for op amp input characteristics are extremely high for accurate DC or slow signal transfer, requiring low input offset currents, offset voltage and drift, low bias current and drift, and low input noise. Because these characteristics depend on the one hand, the circuit can amplify the lowest level signal, on the other hand also determines the upper limit of amplification gain. If the gain is not limited, then the input stage offset, drift and noise after amplification, the circuit will appear cut-off or saturation. Therefore, high-precision op amp is designed to solve these requirements.
