将分别合成的阳离子化酚醛树脂和磺甲基酚醛树脂在催化剂存在下反应,制备了阳离子化磺甲基化两性酚醛树脂,简称两性酚醛树脂,代号XNSMP-Ⅲ。简介了合成方法,考察了作为水基钻井液降滤失剂的性能。该两性酚醛树脂在黏土上的饱和吸附量高达24.292mg/g土,约为商品磺甲基酚醛树脂SMP-Ⅰ、SMP-Ⅱ、SMP-Ⅲ的2倍。根据吸光度测定,该树脂在浓度≤3.5g/L的NaCl水溶液中不析出。该树脂加量为3%时,含盐(NaCl)15%和30%的加评价土4%膨润土钻井液在180℃热滚后的高温高压(150℃,3.5MPa)滤失量分别小于15mL和30mL;加入3%该树脂的8%膨润土配方钻井液经180℃热滚后的表观黏度和高温高压滤失量水平,与加入5%商品降滤失剂SMP-Ⅰ、-Ⅱ、-Ⅲ的相当。该树脂与抗高温降滤失稳定剂PSC-Ⅱ、磺化褐煤SMC配伍,与抗高温抗盐降滤失剂SPNH、褐煤树脂SPNC不配伍。图3表2参3
The cationized phenolic resin and sulfomethyl phenolic resin respectively synthesized in the presence of a catalyst were reacted to prepare cationized sulfomethylated phenolic resin, abbreviated as amphoteric phenolic resin, code XNSMP-III. The synthesis method is briefly introduced, and its performance as a filtrate reducer for water-based drilling fluid is investigated. The saturated adsorption capacity of the amphoteric phenolic resin on clay was as high as 24.292 mg / g, which was about twice that of commercial sulfomethyl phenolic resin SMP-I, SMP-II and SMP-III. According to the absorbance measurement, the resin does not precipitate in a NaCl aqueous solution having a concentration of ≦ 3.5 g / L. When the amount of resin is 3%, the loss of high temperature and high pressure (150 ℃, 3.5MPa) of 4% bentonite drilling fluid containing 15% and 30% of salt (NaCl) after hot rolling at 180 ℃ are less than 15mL And 30mL. The apparent viscosity and high temperature and high pressure filtration loss of 8% bentonite drilling fluid with 3% of the resin added by hot rolling at 180 ℃ were the same as those of the control fluid with 5% commercial filtrate reducer SMP-Ⅰ, -Ⅱ, Ⅲ quite.
