利用SYSWELD有限元分析软件,采用双椭球热源模型,对X80管线钢对接接头的焊接温度场进行了模拟仿真,模拟结果与试验值非常接近。利用一次正交回归试验,研究焊接热输入和预热温度对焊接热循环的影响规律,结果表明,热循环参数t8/5和tH随着热输入和预热温度的增大而增大,热输入对t8/5和tH的影响大于预热温度对t8/5和tH的影响,因此,在实际焊接时应特别重视焊接热输入的选择与控制。
Using SYSWELD finite element analysis software, the dual-ellipsoid heat source model was used to simulate the welding temperature field of X80 pipeline steel butt joint. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental values. The effects of welding heat input and preheating temperature on the welding heat cycle were studied by using an orthogonal regression test. The results show that the thermal cycling parameters t8 / 5 and tH increase with the increase of heat input and preheating temperature, and the heat The effect of input on t8 / 5 and tH is greater than the effect of preheat temperature on t8 / 5 and tH. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the selection and control of welding heat input during actual welding.
