首先通过试验确定在离心流动超细粉碎机里的不同物料的粉碎性系数。然后再根据已知的不同物料的粉碎性系数,考察了转盘转速、粉碎时间、粉碎球质量、物料填充率等操作条件对产品粉碎粒度的影响。最后,总结出以上述操作条件为自变量,以粉碎后产品的10μm剩余率为函数,在一定范围内适用的计算公式。为离心流动超细粉碎机的研发制造与工业应用提供了理论基础和依据。
First of all, the pulverizing coefficient of different materials in the centrifugal flow mill is determined through experiments. Then according to the known comminution coefficient of different materials, the effect of operating conditions such as rotating speed, grinding time, mass of ball milling, material filling rate on the particle size of the product was investigated. Finally, the formula which is applicable to a certain range with the above operating condition as an independent variable and a residual rate of 10 μm after being pulverized is summarized. Centrifugal mobile ultrafine grinder R & D manufacturing and industrial applications provide a theoretical basis and basis.
