长期以来,我国高职院校文秘专业在人才培养的目标定位、课程体系的设置构建和实践教学环节等方面均存在着混乱和困惑,造成了文秘专业人才培养的瓶颈。澳大利亚TAFE模式建立了统一的、相互衔接的国家职业教育证书、文凭体系,行业组织在制定职业能力标准、课程开发与教学过程中充当着先锋主力作用。这些对解决我国高职院校文秘专业人才培养的问题和瓶颈,均有一定的启示。
For a long time, there have been confusion and perplexity in the secretarial specialty of our country’s higher vocational colleges in terms of the orientation of personnel training, the construction of curriculum system, and the construction of practical teaching links, which has caused bottlenecks in the training of secretarial professionals. Australia TAFE model to establish a unified, interdependent national vocational education certificate and diploma system, industry organizations in the development of occupational competence standards, curriculum development and teaching process as a pioneer main role. All of these have some enlightenment to solve the problems and bottlenecks in the cultivation of secretary professionals in our higher vocational colleges.
