目的 观察聚能刀治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的近期疗效。方法 在B超引导下,以聚能刀治疗肝脏肿瘤病人36例(共42个瘤灶)。结果 88.6%的病人腹痛明显缓解,83.9%的病人食欲改善;正电子发射型计算机断层图像(PET)检查示所有病例治疗区域可见放射性缺损,提示论治疗区域肿瘤组织灭活,未见严重并发症。结论 以聚能刀治疗肝脏肿瘤安全、有效,PET检查评价其疗效有独特作用。
Objective To observe the short-term curative effect of the integrator knife in the treatment of hepatic malignancy. Methods Thirty-six patients (a total of 42 tumor foci) were treated with a condensing knife under the guidance of B ultrasound. Results The abdominal pain was relieved obviously in 88.6% of the patients, and the appetite was improved in 83.9% of the patients. The positron emission tomography (PET) examination showed radiological defects in the treated area of all cases, suggesting that the treated tumor tissue was inactivated and no serious complications were observed. . Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat hepatic tumors with condensing knife, and PET examination has unique effects on evaluating its curative effect.
