目前采用振冲法加固软粘土地基经验还不多。为了验证在围垦的海涂地基上的应用效果进行了油罐底板。罐基边缘沉降;地基中孔隙水压力;地基侧向变形;罐基底面反力等现场测试工作。之后又在吹填土地基上的两个油罐工程中进行了振冲前后的含水量、静力触探、现场十字板和桩载荷试验等测试对比工作。实践证明,用振冲法加固软粘土地基,可提高地基承载力近1倍,加固后的复合地基最终沉降与天然地基相比减少三分之一左右。
At present, there is not much experience in vibrating the soft clay ground. In order to verify the effect of the application of the cofferdam on the seabed foundation, a tank floor was carried out. The settlement of the foundation of the tank foundation; the pore water pressure in the foundation; the lateral deformation of the foundation; the floor surface reaction force of the tank and other field test work. Afterwards, in the two oil tank projects on the landfill, the water content before and after vibration tests, static penetration test, on-site cross plate and pile load tests were compared. Practice has proved that the use of vibroflotation method to soften the soft clay foundation can increase the bearing capacity of the foundation nearly 1 times, and the final settlement of the reinforced composite foundation is reduced by about one third compared with the natural foundation.
